Waterways Walks

Canals have been a source of fascination for me right through from childhood. Some of my early memories involve the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal at Marsh Lane and Pendeford, or the Wyrley & Essington at Sneyd Junction near Bloxwich. It's no surprise then that canals have gone on to feature consistently in my photographic explorations, whether this be getting to grips with various corners of the Birmingham Canal Navigations (BCN) or tracking down the remains of a lost branch somewhere.
